Kathleen Weber
Executive Vice President, Molecular Solutions
Kathleen Weber has been the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Products since November 2012. Prior to joining OraSure, Ms. Weber held several senior leadership positions in marketing, sales and Rx-to-OTC switch at Pfizer Consumer HealthCare, Johnson and Johnson Consumer HealthCare and Schering–Plough Healthcare. She has managed categories ranging from pain management, respiratory care, feminine hygiene, skin care and oral care, leading iconic brands such as Listerine, Claritin, Neosporin, Dr. Scholl’s, Stayfree and Carefree. Ms. Weber began her career in the financial services industry and held various positions in U.S. and global marketing and operations at Chase Manhattan Bank. Ms. Weber received a B.S. degree in business administration from Georgetown University and earned an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Brian Smith
Executive Vice President, Innovation
Mr. Smith has over 25 years domestic and international marketing and business development experience. He has applied his knowledge and expertise commercialising innovative technology in early stage markets to numerous early stage and small cap companies. Prior to joining DNA Genotek, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for Telephonetics VIP plc, a UK speech recognition company, after having orchestrated the sale of Voice Integrated Products to Telephonetics plc. Previous positions include Vice President of Marketing at Cloakware Corporation (Ottawa), President of Ponte Communications (California), and executive positions at Entrust Technologies in both North America and Europe. Brian has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University with a major in Management Information Systems.

Rafal Iwasiow
Vice President, Innovation & Technology
Dr. Iwasiow joined DNA Genotek in 2006 as a Research & Development Scientist; he has contributed significantly to the company's patent portfolio in numerous areas including nucleic acid stabilization methods and physical sample collection devices. In 2008 he took on the responsibility of managing the product development team and has advanced his career through Director level roles resulting in his appointment to the Vice President of Research and Development. Under Dr. Iwasiow’s leadership, the Research and Development team contributed to successful 510(k) clearances of the Oragene•Dx collection device, the first non-invasive DNA collection device cleared by the FDA, and he and his team have developed and delivered new chemistries, products and service offerings throughout his years with the company. Prior to joining DNA Genotek, Dr. Iwasiow completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the National Research Council of Canada in the areas of neurogenesis/neuroprotection and he holds a Ph.D. degree in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from the University of Ottawa.

Cindy MacCullough
Vice President, Marketing & Strategy
Ms. MacCullough has over 15 years of business experience in the fields of marketing, business strategy and management consulting. Before joining DNA Genotek, Ms. MacCullough held positions with Andersen Consulting and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she executed numerous engagements with top-tier clients such as Corning, Dupont, and the Government of Canada. During this time, Ms. MacCullough spearheaded consulting services that encompassed integrated marketing strategy, business process reengineering and new system definition and development for both domestic and global clients. She also held marketing roles at Mitel Networks, Nurun Inc and Sciemetric Instruments where Ms. MacCullough was responsible for executing strategies and initiatives focused on the advancement of corporate and product marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours) from the University of Ottawa.

Aaron Del Duca
Vice President, Technology & Microbiome Program Lead
Mr. Del Duca joined DNA Genotek in 2004 at its early start-up stage and played an important role establishing the company's customer base and partner network, ultimately paving the way for the new product category of integrated biospecimen collection and stabilization. He has held positions in Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Product Management, and was Director of Product Management prior to his appointment to Vice President in 2012. Mr. Del Duca completed a degree focused on molecular biology from McMaster University, and went on to study Autism genetics at Queen's University under David Suzuki's protégé, Dr. Jeanette Holden.

Scott Rabuka
Director, Genomics Program
Mr. Rabuka is the Director, Genomics Program for DNA Genotek Inc. Mr. Rabuka joined DNA Genotek in 2008 as the product manager for the Oragene product and successfully expanded the product into a complete family of solutions for global genomic research and clinical use. He was responsible for the launch of the company's first FDA 510(k) cleared product in 2011 as well as multiple new products designed to address evolving global market opportunities. In 2014, he assumed the role of Senior Sales Manager at DNA Genotek where he established a global customer base for the company's genomic services and microbiome offerings. Prior to joining DNA Genotek, Mr. Rabuka had over 10 years of product management experience in companies such as VisualSonics, Agfa Healthcare, Mitra and Maplesoft Inc. where he was responsible for each company's flagship product. Mr. Rabuka earned his Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics with Honours from the University of Waterloo in 1997.
