Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research
Genomics project-related collaborations and techniques including genomic DNA and RNA preparation, DNA sequencing (targeted and high-throughput), gene expression analysis (using real time PCR and Illumina arrays), and high-throughput genotyping (using Illumina arrays, TaqMan assays, and microsatellite genotyping).  The Genetics Core Lab is part of the Department of Genetics which offers expertise in all aspects of conducting genetic and genomic studies of complex disease.

University of Pennsylvania Molecular Diagnosis and Genotyping Facility
The Facility provides sample preparation, assay design, lab work, and initial data analysis for a variety of SNP genotyping platforms including custom TaqMan, Beckman SNPstream, and Illumina GoldenGate, as well as whole-genome genotyping by Illumina Infinium and Affymetrix GeneChip systems.  Diagnostic testing with DNA or RNA-based assays are developed and performed for clinical research applications.
