Storage of specimens by refrigeration or freezing can
add significant costs to a project. Oragene•DNA eliminates
these costs by allowing saliva samples to be stored
for years at room temperature without DNA degradation. GenPlates®

Saliva samples collected with Oragene•DNA™ may be
conveniently stored in a dry form on GenPlates®.
From the GenPlate, the DNA may be recovered and purified
with GenSolve™ kits. The recovered DNA is high
quality and suitable for PCR, real-time PCR, and SNP
genotyping applications.
