Spit until the amount of liquid saliva (not bubbles) reaches the level shown above.
Hold container upright. Close funnel with big cap. When closed, liquid in the big cap will be released to mix with saliva.
Hold container upright. Unscrew funnel from tube (by twisting counter-clockwise).
Close tube with small cap. Shake the capped tube vigorously for 5 seconds. Discard or recycle the funnel and big cap.
