DNA Genotek Launches Global Partner Program

Program Connects Customers with Partners Validated to Process and Analyze Samples Collected with DNA Genotek Products

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE OTTAWA, ON, November 24, 2009. DNA Genotek, a leading provider of products for biological sample collection, stabilization and preparation, today announced its new global partner program. The program offers significant enhancements for DNA Genotek's partner community and is designed to help partners scale and differentiate themselves in the genomics market. The DNA Genotek Partner Program is open to technology vendors as well as genomics and diagnostic service providers who have demonstrated capabilities in providing services for DNA Genotek's sample collection products including Oragene®•DNA, Oragene•RNA and Oragene•ANIMAL.

The DNA Genotek Partner Program is designed to help connect customers with an approved service provider to process Oragene samples and to provide customers with confidence of compatibility with a full range of downstream processing and analysis solutions offered by multiple technology vendors.

Membership in the partner program is open to:

•	diagnostic service providers who accept DNA Genotek products for diagnostic tests;
•	genomics service providers and academic core facilities who offer sample management, processing and analysis; and
•	technology vendors who have either bundled DNA Genotek products into their offerings or who have validated DNA Genotek products on their platforms.

To participate in the program, potential partner companies must successfully complete validation of the DNA Genotek product(s) with their service or product offering. Upon acceptance into the program, partners will receive tools to help grow their businesses including sales and marketing resources, increased access to DNA Genotek technical staff, and closer links to researchers and clinicians seeking their services.
